Bread Machine Mix

2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons dry milk
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup wheat flour

Mix salt, sugar, dry milk, and flours. Divide into two zipper top bags and keep in freezer.

To use add the contents of one bag to bread machine in the order suggested by machine manufacturer along with:

2/3 cup water or milk
1 tablespoon oil, butter or shortening
1 teaspoon bread machine yeast or 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
